Lead Youth Specialist Type: 1099 Contractor Reports To: Operations Manager Location: Hybrid Compensation: $14– $17.50/hour Hours: 5–10 hours/week (Evenings & weekends a must) About The Enai Foundation: Founded in 2024, The Enai Foundation empowers youth impacted by parental incarceration by providing peer support, counseling, and developmental programming that promotes healing, connection, and self-sufficiency. Position Summary: The Enai Foundation is seeking a trauma-informed Lead Youth Specialist to mentor and provide peer support to youth (ages 10–25) impacted by parental incarceration. This role blends personal lived experience with professional guidance to foster resilience, emotional growth, and community connection. Key Responsibilities: Peer Support & Mentoring: Facilitate group and one-on-one peer support, offering shared experiences and coping strategies. Program Facilitation: Lead virtual or in-person support sessions and activities that strengthen emotional well-being and social skills. Resource Connection: Assist families in accessing mental health services, educational support, and community programs. Crisis Recognition: Identify signs of distress and respond appropriately, following risk reporting protocols. Collaboration: Work closely with clinical staff, train, coach, and support mentors to coordinate care. Documentation: Accurately review and document sessions, progress, and participation in alignment with confidentiality and organizational standards. Training Participation: Attend supervision and complete ongoing training in trauma-informed care. Qualifications: Lived experience as a child of an incarcerated parent strongly preferred. 2+ years of experience working with children or families experiencing trauma, grief, or incarceration. Completion of peer support specialist training or relevant coursework. Strong communication, active listening, and cultural humility. Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Zoom. Must be 18+ and pass a background check. CPR certification preferred.

Operations Manager Type: 1099 Contractor Reports To: Chief Operating Officer Location: Hybrid Compensation: $17- 20/ hour Hours: 5–10 hours/week (Evenings & weekends preferred) About The Enai Foundation: Founded in 2024, The Enai Foundation empowers youth impacted by parental incarceration by providing peer support, counseling, and developmental programming that promotes healing, connection, and self-sufficiency. Key Responsibilities Administrative Oversight: Manage internal systems, processes, and procedures to support efficient program delivery. Monitor and maintain operational compliance with organizational policies. Maintain program schedules, track deadlines, and manage calendars across teams. Volunteer & Staff Support: Coordinate volunteer and staff onboarding, training, and documentation. Ensure background checks, onboarding checklists, and compliance documentation are complete and filed. Technology & Systems Management: Assist in managing tools such as Google Workspace. Provide technical support and maintain access and usage logs for key platforms. Recordkeeping & Reporting: Maintain organized digital files and operational records. Assist with data collection, reporting requirements, and outcome tracking. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with program leads, case managers, and leadership to support project needs and internal coordination. Serve as a point of contact for external vendors and community partners related to operations. Working Conditions Hybrid work schedule with flexibility to support occasional in-person events or meetings. May include occasional evening or weekend support based on organizational needs. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business, social work, or a related field. or Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, nonprofit administration, or program coordination. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and platforms such as Zoom. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
